Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly through the contact and site submission forms on this website, and information you send us by email.
- Contact details: name, work email, company, job title, country, and optionally phone number.
- Inquiry content: your message, inquiry type, and any details you choose to include.
- Site and property information: locations, coordinates, uploaded location files, asset types, areas of interest, concerns, and related project details you submit for review.
- Attribution data: the page you submitted from, referrer, and UTM campaign parameters where present.
Site and property information
Locations, uploaded files, and asset details submitted for review are treated as confidential business information. They are used solely to assess feasibility, prepare quotations, and deliver commissioned work. They are not sold, shared for marketing, published, or used to build products unrelated to your engagement.
Cookies and analytics
The website itself does not set marketing cookies. If analytics are enabled (Google Analytics 4 and/or Plausible Analytics), those services may process usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type; GA4 is configured with IP anonymisation. Session storage is used to remember campaign attribution during your visit. You can block analytics with standard browser tools without affecting site functionality.
Email communication
When you submit a form, we send a notification to ourselves and a confirmation to the address you provided, via our email delivery provider. We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry and for directly related follow-up. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Data retention
Project data is retained only as long as required for the engagement, plus a project-specific archive period agreed with the client.
Inquiry records are retained as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting engagement, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see User rights).
Third-party services
The website is hosted on Vercel. Form notifications are delivered via Resend. If configured, analytics are provided by Google Analytics and/or Plausible, and lead records may be stored in Supabase. Each provider processes data under its own terms; we configure them to the minimum necessary for the service.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to or restrict processing where applicable law provides those rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below; we respond to legitimate requests promptly.
